HVAC Residential Service Technician
- Organize work by studying work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints
- Test and repair environmental systems by operating the systems; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing parts, and components
- Keep tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
- Document detailed work performed
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

- Ability to work independently in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- HVAC system experience and knowledge to include; central air conditioning, heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces

HVAC Installer
- Replace, modify, and/or install warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, and related piping and electrical to meet or exceed the manufacturer’s recommendations and local codes
- Can startup installed equipment and adjust to the manufacturers and job specification
- Can troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise during an installation that would keep the equipment from functioning properly
- Communicate with the consumer regarding the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment. Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the homeowner
- Perform required documentation for each installation with a complete startup record. Have client sign necessary paper work and collect payments as directed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC field experience
- EPA Certified or willing to obtain through our in-house program
- Clear background & pre-employment screening
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC Maintenance Tech Trainee/Apprentice
- Be willing to follow and assist the assigned mentor, learning and preparing for becoming a tech
- Eventually provide routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, water heaters, and related piping and electrical
- Assist consumers by providing information on options for improved operations of the HVAC equipment
- Able to identify and report all issues that would keep the equipment from functioning properly
- Communicate to the customer on the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment. Answer related questions from the customer on operation, features, and function of the installed equipment
- Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings and observations. Have client sign necessary paper work and collect payments as directed

- Mechanically inclined
- Construction or experience in similar industry is helpful
