Noah and Jordy came to our house Monday, May 4th to do our semi-annual maintenance check up. Both gentlemen were very courteous and polite. Since we have a yearly maintence contract there was no charge for this service. If you are looking for a depenable HVAC Co with friendly staff in all departments, check out Jack Lehr, Emmaus Ave, Allentown. We have been a customer for over 30 years.
This was a free maintenance for our 1 year old new HVAC system, so we did not have to pay. Quinton & Shaun were both very professional and explained everything they were doing in detail.

Technician Keenan arrived promptly. Was efficient, knowledgeable. Explained everything thorougly. Identified and resolved issue within the same appointment. Our system was still under warranty so no cost to us. Had it not been under warranty it would have been $1500.
Have dealt with Jack Kehr since mid 90's and their customer service remains stellar. Highly recommend.
